Residential 2022 Photo Special!

YES! After a loooonnng three-year wait as the Covid-19 pandemic put paid to any extended visits at Bosbury, we were absolutely delighted this week to be able to hold not one, but TWO residential trips!

In what was also a Bosbury first with both residentials taking place in the same week, Year 3 and 4 finally got the chance to return to the West Malvern Boundless Outdoors Centre just over yonder, while Year 5 and 6 made the 160-mile journey to the Arete Outdoor Education Centre in Llanrug just north of Snowdonia for a first Bosbury visit to this stunning North Wales venue since 2017!

Full articles for both amazing three-day visits will appear on the website soon, but for now, here are over 300 photos taken across the residential week for you to enjoy and see the terrific activities which our intrepid young pupils got up to!

Well done to all of the amazing Bosbury superstars who showed such tremendous courage and determination in taking on a whole array of challenges during the two visits, be it a variety of testing physical activities, conquering fears of heights or claustrophobia, taking responsibility for housekeeping and sandwich-making, and simply the experience of being away from home for the first time ever - something which is still a huge feat when you are only eight years old!

A HUGE thank you also to Mrs. Dark and Mrs. McManus for doing such a brilliant job in organizing our first extended Bosbury trips in three years, to Miss Cooke and Mr. Ponter for providing the all-important first aid and daily rounds of medication throughout the visits, and to Miss Spence and Jackie for also accompanying the pupils - Jackie even celebrated her 73rd birthday complete with cake during the Arete visit!
