Bosbury's Got Talent 2025 Winners Crowned!
We cheered, we applauded, we sat there open-mouthed, we sung, we danced, we laughed, we roared... and we are willing to bet that some moments featured very few dry eyes amongst the judging panel.
But, after watching fifteen fabulous acts perform from marvellous magicians, superb singers and fantastic football skills to funky front flips, perfect pianists and groovy guitarists, there could (in a change from previous years) only be six winners in the form of a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD place for Key Stage 1 and 2 respectively.
After a lengthy deliberation during an extended commercial break as the excited audience stretched their legs out on the field and playground, our judging panel including Mrs. 'Amanda' McManus, Miss 'Alesha' Cooke and Mr. 'Bruno' Duffett eventually decided on who would be receiving the coveted BGT certificates this year.
We haven't seen arguments like this break out since there was only one Gregg's jam doughnut left in the staff room, but, finally, we can proudly reveal our winners of Bosbury's Got Talent 2025!
CONGRATULATIONS to the brave young man from Class 2 and the extremely talented young man from Class 4 shown above, who won the judges' top spot for their respective Key Stages for a highly original and very convincing animal impressions act, as well as a simply stunning drum performance.
The very flexible young lady from Class 2 and the super young lady from Class 4 shown above were extremely well-deserved runners-up for an impressive display of gymnastics as well as a very emotive, highly original and incredibly well-remembered sign language performance to This is Me from of course The Greatest Showman, while third place went to the very happy-looking young man from Class 1 and the incredibly talented young lady from Class 5, who both impressed the judges through musical performances including a great drum solo to a Key Stage 1 Easter song, and a simply beautiful pitch-perfect piece on the piano.
Congratulations again to our latest Bosbury's Got Talent winners, and a HUGE well done to all nine of the other acts who made it to the Live Grand Final, as well as all other performers who gave it their very best effort during the class auditions.
It takes incredible courage and bravery to stand up in front of a group of people and perform at such a young age, and this amazing confidence, as well as the admirable resilience shown by those who didn't quite make it to the final or receive an award on the day, is going to see our star performers truly excel as they move through their school years and beyond.
Special thanks go to Mr. 'Simon' Ponter who humbly chose to stand down from judging duties on his own show to provide the graphics and music, to all parents and carers who helped our budding stars to film or rehearse their acts, and to the entire judging panel.
Goodness me, how ARE we going to top this for Bosbury's Got Talent 2026? Get practising everyone, and see you all again next year!
