New Digital Leaders Hired!
One could have been forgiven for thinking that Bosbury School had turned into an episode of The Apprentice on Wednesday when six brave and very smartly-dressed young candidates stepped into Lord Dunn's boardroom to be interviewed in the hope of becoming the school's new digital leaders in September!
The process was rigorous and intense especially in the sweltering temperatures which we have been bestowed with recently, but Lord Dunn was incredibly impressed not just with the candidates' exemplary standards of dress but also by their excellent attitudes and superb answers given to the questions the school Deputy Head and secret ICT business mogul posed with regards to what they could bring to the important job of digital leading.
This new role introduced at Bosbury School only last year involves working with Lord Dunn's associate Mr. 'Nick Hewer' Smith in delivering ICT lessons to other pupils in school, helping them get to grips with using laptops, iPads and other techincal devices designed to enhance learning, as well as attending important workshops and making presentations at conferences in other schools.
Lord Dunn was delighted to announce that, far from anyone being fired and sent home in the back of a black London taxi, all six candidates were successfully hired, with particular congratulations going to the suave-looking young man on the far right of the above picture who was reinstated for a second year as a digital leader!
Congratulations to all six of our newly-appointed ICT professionals who have shown huge amounts of courage, determination and hard work in being appointed to their new roles. We are sure that they will make absolutely fantastic digital leaders and we are looking forward to seeing what they can bring to the teaching of ICT next year!
Lord Dunn's search for an Apprentice... has ended.
