Lovely New Library!
Bosbury School has had a bit of a change-around in recent weeks as our foyer has now been transformed into a lovely new modern and spacious library.
Children were eager to use it when our new librarian Mrs. Bolton first opened it for business last Monday afternoon for pupils to swap and change books, and with the delivery of some lovely new cushioned chairs (in Bosbury blue of course!), the entrance to the school retains its former use as a place for parents to sit, chat and relax as they wait for their children to finish their after-school clubs.
Can we respectfully request that the new furniture is treated with care and young children are prevented from climbing over it - especially with muddy shoes!
A huge thank you also to all of the parents who have sorted through and donated books to the new library over the last week or so - the new additions are very gratefully received and will really help to broaden the reading experiences of the children at Bosbury.
But what has happened to the old library? Don't worry as it has now been transformed into the lovely new Rainbow Room. Although it will still be used for regular school activities such as reading and music lessons, it will now be predominantly used by Mrs. Christopherson and Wilf for their children's champion PSHE sessions. We are sure that the pupils who work with Mrs. Christopherson and Wilf will love the new spacious, relaxing and stimulating environment which this new area provides.
